Welcome to the Graduate Resource Exchange Forum (GREF) 2024

Greetings! We are excited to announce the Graduate Resource Exchange Forum (GREF) 2024, which will take place from 19 th to 20 th November 2024, at the Jakaya Kikwete Convention Centre (JKCC) in Dodoma, Tanzania. Strategius Advisory, a professional development-consulting firm, in partnership with the Dodoma Regional Administration, is organizing the forum, which will bring together over 50 employers and more than 2,000 graduates from various regions across the country. 

It will offer a unique opportunity for participants, including policymakers from the public and private sectors, academic institutions, business communities, development partners, and graduates to enhance their understanding of resource exchange and the crucial role of empowering graduates in bringing about social and economic change.

Essentially, GREF 2024 aims to equip graduates with essential skills and knowledge to enhance their competitiveness in the labor market and entrepreneurship. This one-of-a-kind event will facilitate dialogues, generate insights and nurture reflections on how to empower young graduates effectively to better navigate the winding roads of career choice and development.
