Graduate Resource Exchange Forum (GREF) 2024

The Graduate Resource Exchange Forum (GREF) 2024 took place from 19th to 20th November 2024, at the Jakaya Kikwete Convention Centre (JKCC) in Dodoma, Tanzania. Strategius Advisory, a professional development consulting firm, in partnership with the Dodoma Regional Administration, organized the forum, which brought together over 50 employers and more than 2,000 graduates from various regions across the country.

It offered a unique opportunity for participants, including policymakers from the public and private sectors, academic institutions, business communities, development partners, and graduates, to enhance their understanding of resource exchange and the crucial role of empowering graduates in bringing about social and economic change.

Essentially, GREF 2024 aimed to equip graduates with essential skills and knowledge to enhance their competitiveness in the labor market and entrepreneurship. This one-of-a-kind event facilitated dialogues, generated insights, and nurtured reflections on how to empower young graduates effectively to better navigate the winding roads of career choice and development.
