GREF is a platform for the community of stakeholders committed to enabling the exchange of resources for prosperous economic progress in Tanzania. This excellent conference, networking, and exhibition program brings together employers in the public and private sectors, academic institutions, development partners, and graduates seeking employment opportunities. Together, we work to develop policy, secure opportunities, and nurture partnerships that will promote the sustainable exchange of resources for the development of the country.

From the demand for strategic resources and the need to prepare young graduates to compete in the labor market, GREF is the only event providing a complete and inclusive view of the resource exchange from the supply and demand sides. Our attendees are the responsible employers and prospective employees of today and tomorrow, representing individuals who are wholly dedicated to realizing the potential exchange of resources not only for individual and organizational benefit but also for national betterment.​​​​​

The GREF Mission

Under our mission, collaborating with organizations and individuals in the quest for excellence in an ever-evolving world, we are leading the GREF community towards a holistic resource exchange journey that considers the diverse needs of each stakeholder, where economic progress and graduate empowerment becomes an integrated dialogue and collaborative approach to addressing Tanzania’s needs and development agenda.   

This is achieved through:

• Unlocking opportunities tenable for unemployed graduates to ensure employers in the public and private sectors and unemployed graduates exchange potential information that amplifies the economic progress of Tanzania. 
• Creating networks and partnerships to bring national perspectives and foster collaboration that will expedite learning and unlock opportunities to achieve resource exchange and empower young graduates in the labour market.​
• Fostering high-touch government-led programs, from closed-door content to facilitated bi-laterals, to reinforce national ambitions, inform new policies, and broker deals that will strengthen economies and support communities​
• Creating a platform by launching an empowerment program that connects employers in the public and private sectors and young minds to help bridge the skills gap, create opportunities, drive local content, and nurture future talent​.
